• Free and Paid Tiers: Both free and subscription-based plans

The service is provided "as is" and may be updated or modified at any time.

Free Tier:

• Limited number of generations per month
• Standard resolution outputs
• Community support

Paid Tiers (Pro & Enterprise):

• Higher or unlimited generations
• Priority processing
• Higher resolution outputs
• Priority support
• API access (Enterprise)

As a user, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload illegal, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to circumvent usage limits or restrictions
• Not reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our AI models
• Not use automated tools to abuse the service
• Respect intellectual property rights of others

You MAY NOT use the service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or violent content
• Create deepfakes or misleading content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Spread misinformation or propaganda
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

⚠ Violation may result in immediate account termination.

Your Content: You retain ownership of images you upload. You grant us a license to process your content solely for providing the service.

Generated Content: You own the images generated by our AI and may use them for commercial purposes.

Our Technology: All AI models, algorithms, and technology remain our exclusive property. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our technology.

By You: You may stop using the service at any time.

By Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms of Use
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Your account is inactive for an extended period

Upon termination, your right to use the service immediately ceases.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT

We do not guarantee:

• Specific results from AI generation
• That defects will be corrected

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qihu Shanghai shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid (if any) for the service

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Shanghai, China.

Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be settled in the courts of Shanghai.
